James Durr says, "Durrrrr... I didn't know."

James Durr, deputy mayor of North Hanover Township, has plead guilty to harassing endangered bog turtles by damaging their habitat.  News - philly.com. I find it quite ironic that his surname is Durr.  Has he claimed guilt through ignorance in the past?

Bucks For Bogs

If I lived in the northeast and owned a bit of the wetlands where bog turtles are known to reside right now, I could get a reward for helping preserve the land; for helping to save North America's tiniest reptile. How cool is that?
